As your Function Organiser, Swiss Palma will take the lead role
and assume the primary responsibility in turning Event concept
and ideas into reality. Broadly, our services include:
- Propose and present initial Function concept and ideas which
will be tailor-made to the specific needs and requirements of
each Client;
- Plan and propose Function itineraries;
- Source, recommend and secure suitable venue, show performance
artistes, premium items, transport arrangements and any other
requirements for the Function at competitive rates;
- Recommend and value-add on the packages proposed by the hotel/resort
such as menu planning, protocol arrangements etc; and
- Overall on-site coordination of the Function to ensure that
all planned concepts and ideas turn into reality.
